No Refund Policy

• Because many of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or ordering errors.
• If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Order Pickup & Shipping

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once your package has been mailed.
